1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vibezlink Corp.'s ("Vibezlink," "we," "us," or "our") websites, mobile applications, ticketing services, event discovery tools, and social networking features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by Vibezlink and applicable local law to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Tickets and Event Purchases

Vibezlink provides a platform for discovering events and purchasing tickets. Events are organized and operated by event organizers, promoters, venues, or hosts. Admission, conduct rules, age restrictions, and the event experience are the responsibility of the applicable organizer.

When you purchase a ticket, you receive a limited, revocable right to attend the specified event, subject to these Terms and the organizer's rules.

4. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are issued only if an event does not take place or is cancelled. Once an event has been performed, revenue is deemed earned and no refunds will be issued following the performance.

• All tickets purchased are final sales.
• Refunds occur only if an event does not hold or is cancelled.
• Revenue is therefore earned, with no refunds following performance.

Where an event is cancelled or does not take place, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processor's procedures and any legally required timeframes. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including Stripe where integrated. You agree to pay all applicable ticket prices, fees, and taxes shown at checkout. Payment processors handle payment card information under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and to respect other users, organizers, and artists. You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, or share, and you must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.

Vibezlink may review, moderate, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Event Organizers and Hosts

Organizers and hosts are responsible for accurately describing their events, honoring valid tickets, complying with applicable laws, and handling attendee information responsibly. Vibezlink is not the organizer of events listed on the Platform unless expressly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content provided by Vibezlink, is owned by Vibezlink or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibezlink disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the Platform and does not guarantee that events will occur as described by organizers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibezlink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Vibezlink is legally established, without limiting mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable to you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
