Child Safety Standards
Vibezlink's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Our Commitment
Vibezlink has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The safety of minors is a fundamental priority. These standards describe how we prohibit, detect, report, and act on CSAE across our event discovery, ticketing, and social networking features, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
Minimum Age
Vibezlink is intended for adults and older teens. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform. The app is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly allow them to register. Many events listed are age-restricted (for example 18+ or 19+) at the discretion of the organizer or venue.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Vibezlink:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, enticement, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content in profiles, chats, memories, direct messages, or squad messages.
- Trafficking, sextortion, or the sexualized depiction of minors in any form, real or computer-generated.
- Any use of the Platform to facilitate harm to a child.
Violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
In-App Reporting
Every user can report concerns directly inside the app. We provide accessible reporting and safety tools across all social surfaces:
- Report any message in event chat, squad chat, or direct messages using the in-bubble "Report" action (reasons include harassment and inappropriate/offensive content).
- Report posts, photos, and other user content ("memories") from the content menu.
- Block any user to immediately stop all contact and hide them from your chats and matches.
- Contact our safety team directly at safety@vibezlink.com for urgent child-safety concerns.
Reported content is hidden from the reporter immediately, and public content is hidden automatically once it reaches our reporting threshold while our team reviews it.
How We Respond to Reports
Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as the highest priority. Our moderation team reviews flagged content and takes action that may include:
- Removing the offending content from the Platform.
- Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account(s).
- Preserving relevant data and evidence as required by law.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authorities.
Reporting to Authorities
Vibezlink complies with all applicable child safety laws. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and cooperate with law enforcement and the relevant authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate. We also cooperate with reporting bodies such as the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) where applicable.
Designated Point of Contact
We maintain a designated point of contact who is responsible for, and able to speak to, our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
